Dateline – 02/08/2014 – Spent most of the day Saturday doing
the soundproofing on the driver’s side of the car. From last week, I knew that it would take
most of the day, and it did. Didn’t
finish because I had a friend come over mid day that distracted me for about
two hours. But that’s okay. I ended up bruising my fingertips from
pressing the material into all the small nooks and crannies. So it’s just as well that I didn’t do any
more than I did!
It looks like I’m going to be a little shy on soundproofing
material, so I bought a couple of small boxes, which should be in the mail right
now. That will give me enough to finish
up the back of the seat, the back deck and up the A and B posts.
